Organise the court schedule
Enter your courts and the sports on offer. Set opening hours, slot lengths and prices, then plan the time taken by the tennis school, training sessions and matches.
Scheduling and bookings for your tennis club.
Okkre brings courts, slots and bookings together to help your tennis club organise the week and welcome its players.
Organise the courts. Find every booking.
Offer online court booking
A website connected to Okkre can show availability. The player picks a court and a time, then enters their details. The confirmed booking joins the club schedule.
Follow a booking from start to finish
Bookings sent by the connected website can be viewed or cancelled. A cancellation keeps the booking in the history with a cancelled status.
A connection we prepare with you.
Does your club already have a website? We look at how it works and at the booking journey you want, then set out the conditions for connecting it to Okkre.
Would you also like a new website? That is a separate project, whose content, deliverables and possible connection are set out in the quote.

Understand your club
Your courts, volunteers or staff, activities and current tools are the starting point. Tell us which situations you would like to simplify.
Define the steps

The founding club programme lets you talk directly with the team about how you work and help shape Okkre’s next steps.
Choosing software for your tennis club.
Does Okkre suit a club that also offers padel?
Yes. The schedule brings together the club’s courts and the sports played on them. A tennis club opening padel courts can organise them in the same place.
Do we need a new website to offer court booking?
Website creation is a separate service. If your club already has a website, we can look at connecting it, depending on how it works and the journey you want to offer. Compatibility is checked before we start.
How do we find out the terms for using Okkre?
Tell us about your club and your needs. We agree the scope, setup steps and applicable terms with you in the quote or contract.
