No-show
A booking nobody turns up for: the court stays empty although it was no longer available.
Occupancy rate
Share of court hours booked out of the hours open for booking, over a given period.
Off-peak hours
Time slots with the lowest booking demand, often weekday daytime.
Online booking
The ability for a player to book a slot without going through the club’s front desk.
Public API
Interface that lets another service, such as the club website, read or create data in the software.
Slot
Bookable time range on a court, defined by a start time and a duration.
